To be considered for a ride-along with the Bone County Sheriff’s Department, applicants must meet the following requirements:

[list]Be at least [b]18 years of age[/b].
[*]Have no outstanding warrants or active criminal investigations.
[*]Have no felony convictions.
[*]Have no recent misdemeanor convictions that would disqualify participation.
[*]Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the ride-along.
[*]Comply with all instructions provided by Sheriff’s Department personnel.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements may result in denial of the request.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge and consent to a background review conducted by the Bone County Sheriff’s Department. Approval of ride-along requests is not guaranteed and is subject to staffing availability, operational needs, and departmental discretion.
